Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- No experience required; training will be provided.
