Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (under supervision) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and concrete mixers.
- Assisting Trades: Support electricians, carpenters, and plumbers by performing general labor tasks and holding materials as needed.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards of workmanship by ensuring finished areas are clean and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
