Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
