Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material placement.
- Perform site cleanup duties including debris removal and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
