Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on-site.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and building materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Marietta, GA.
- No prior construction experience required; a positive attitude is the only prerequisite.
