Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finish work.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Transport materials around the job site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
