Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project completion.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist in layout tasks.
- Operate handheld power tools and basic construction machinery safely.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly desirable.
- Willingness to work part-time hours and learn new skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
