Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up barriers.
- Transport materials between job sites using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform basic measurements and help with site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
