Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure strict compliance with Texas electrical codes (NEC)
- Manage weekend emergency service calls with rapid response
- Train junior technicians on advanced safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers for seamless weekend handovers
- Document all work with digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- 3+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of variable frequency drives and PLC systems
- Proven weekend shift reliability with 2+ years of experience
- Valid Class C Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
