Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical components
- Follow safety protocols and NEC standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance
- Document work progress and client communications
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from the ground up
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to obtain Nebraska electrical license within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
