Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor or site experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
