Your Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery (training provided).
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
