Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Read and follow safety guidelines and site instructions.
- Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to various locations.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be willing to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
