Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints andζ½ε·₯η°εΊ diagrams.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
