Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and equipment operation
- Load/unload construction materials safely using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor as needed
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
