Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Perform manual labor duties such as digging, hauling, and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
