Job Summary:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will support our skilled tradespeople, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of quality.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Assist with basic carpentry, concrete pouring, and site cleanup duties.
- Operate various hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety (OSHA 10) is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new trades.
