Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and loading/unloading materials with precision and efficiency.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters) with daily operations and job site setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools as directed by the site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
- Perform site inspections and report any structural issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
