Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including material handling, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various installation and repair tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Unload and organize lumber, bricks, and other building materials.
- Support project timelines by working efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
