Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and cleaning construction sites.
- Operate power tools and construction machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with various job duties.
- Unload and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license (may be required for site-to-site transport).
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
