Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and layout plans.
- Operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload and stock materials, verifying quantities against invoices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with basic construction tools and machinery is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team under time constraints.
