Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements tasks as directed.
- Support skilled trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
