Responsibilities

- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on daily tasks
- Perform debris cleanup and site maintenance duties
- Complete daily progress reports under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to pass mandatory drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first practices
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, noise, dust)
