Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various on-site tasks.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
