Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform physical tasks like lifting, digging, and carrying
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and various weather
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
