Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic tools (shovels, jackhammers, saws) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass mandatory background check
- Team player with positive attitude
