Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials on the job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and trash.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
