Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring debris is removed and tools are stored properly.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and site instructions.
- Unload materials from delivery trucks and stock them appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
