Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials (wood, steel, concrete, etc.) at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (power drills, saws, etc.) as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring the work area is organized.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
