Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and basic carpentry support.
- Perform general site cleanup, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for projects as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred (but not always required).
