Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site preparation and tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts or manual labor.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting of lumber and materials.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
