Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Remove debris and waste materials from construction sites.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and site maps when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be 18 years or older.
