Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks such as carpentry, framing, and drywall installation.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials at the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Transport materials between trucks and the work area as directed by supervisors.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
