Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for the construction site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywalling, and finishing tasks.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and project-specific instructions.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Physically able to perform heavy labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team structure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
