Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and basic cleanup.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and in accordance with operator manuals.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Site Maintenance: Perform general site cleanup duties, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing tools.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Safety Mindset: Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
