Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company-specific site protocols.
- Perform basic measurements, cuts, and preparations for construction tasks.
- Set up and maintain temporary barricades, signs, and safety fencing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
