Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, hauling, and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid government-issued ID for I-9 verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
