Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as required.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and PPE usage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
