Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely transport and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing areas for construction projects.
- Tool Operation: Use and handle basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Support Trades: Help skilled professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and on-site regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard.
- Documentation: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
