Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to assist with various construction tasks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with specific duties such as framing, drywalling, or concrete finishing.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work area daily.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company quality standards.
- Perform basic measurements, site preparation, and demolition tasks as directed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintain equipment in good working order.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow strict safety instructions.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus, but we actively train motivated candidates.
