Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and drywall.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic measurements, calculations, and site cleanup duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Team player attitude with good communication skills.
- Steel-toed boots are required on site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
