Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install and remove temporary safety barriers and scaffolding
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring and framing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Participate in daily toolbox safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Availability for 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
