Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials (wood, concrete, steel, etc.) to job sites efficiently.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks including measuring, cutting, and lifting.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools safely according to operating manuals.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from the job site as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be available for full-time shifts (Monday - Friday).
