Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist with material handling and site preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Inspect work areas for hazards and compliance
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
- Class B CDL or forklift certification a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
