Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with crew members on residential/commercial projects
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (commercial license a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
