Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install rebar structures
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Experience with power tools or construction is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
