Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
- Follow all site safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
