Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and moving materials efficiently.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, lumber, and other construction materials safely.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Trade Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as assigned.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a safe and clean job site by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials accurately to meet project specifications.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus but not mandatory for applicants.
