Responsibilities
- Assist in various aspects of commercial and residential construction projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints or schematics.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
