Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials on the construction site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation work, including excavation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience with construction site work is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
